Both parties endorsed an initiative to create a dedicated space for showcasing Vietnamese and Espirito Santo products, aiming to strengthen economic ties and cultural exchange.

Ambassador Nghi also praised the region’s modern seaport infrastructure and strengths in natural resource extraction, agriculture, and tourism. He pledged to act as a bridge, fostering twin relations between Vietnamese and Brazilian localities with similar economic and natural conditions.

According to the source, trade between Vietnam and Brazil reached a record US$7.9 billion in 2024, up from US$7.1 billion in 2023. The representative offices are expected to boost trade and economic exchanges between the two countries.
